The corner plot building is the first building of the entire site in the redevelopment. Therefore it should be designed as a landmark to create a strong imageability for the development. It is a large plot divided into 8 apartments. The first floor is a commercial unit preferably for a restaurant.  The setback of the building allows for the commercial unit to extend its use onto the pavement e.g. outdoor seating.
