This page displays the code for the plots on the mews. The plots are the smallest of the whole site and are for residential use only. The narrow plot widths will maximise density whilst creating an active, sociable street. The plots allow for a 3m deep garden at the rear but the possibility for roof top gardens will ensure variety within the plots. There is the inclusion of a private use zone on every plot in the 1m x 2m protrusion. Below is a diagram showing the dimensions of the plot.
