This page displays the code for the plots on Oxpens Road. These consist of some of the largest plots on the site. The dimensions, setback and merging of plots have all been specified with reasons for the code. All plots have access to a communal area on the first floor on the ground floor there will be private parking and a service entrance on the plot underneath this area accessed from block 4.
