The buildings are all mixed use with commercial units on the ground floor and a mix of 2/ 3 bedroom apartments. The buildings are an assortment of heights to create variety in the design and to allow for maximum sunlight on communal areas while maintaining a high density. The design of the buildings is flexible but should not break measurements given. There should also be a vertical rhythm of windows to the exterior of the building to create a strong character.
